What is Panna Cotta:
Panna cotta is a classic Italian dish.People of Italy used to make this dish with fish bones gelatin , cream and any fruits or fruit based sauces on the top. panna cotta become famous due to its rich taste and its silky and smooth creamy custard all over the world. Desserts usually take a lot of efforts in there making but unlike them Panna cotta is a classic elegant no bake desert loved by all types of people in the world.

I am making traditional version amazing vanilla custard toped with fresh strawberry sauce, you can also make its modern and innovative flavours like coffee based ,chocolate and mango etc.I am serving it in glasses almost 6 to 7 servings but there is a very interesting fact in this dessert presentation you can shape it in any type of container or mold you want.
Things we need:
For sauce :
- 500 grams of strawberry
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
For custard:
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 100 grams of granulated sugar
- 3 sheets of modern gelatin
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract( or vanilla beans)
How to make it:
Preparing custard:
take a saucepan add in your milk and cream in it and whisk , add your sugar and vanilla essence and turn on the flame you have to be careful about that you just want the milk warm nor boiled.Cook it until if you touch the milk feel warm.

gelatin:
Take a small bowl add water in it just about 1/2 cup take your sheets and dip them for almost 10 to 15 minutes in the water until they change there situation.
Pouring :
add your gelatin sheets and whisk until dissolve completely at this stage the flame must be off.Apparently you will see nor difference in the consistency of custard but that,s how gelatin works it will change its state when goes in the refrigerator.Take your molds add in the mixture dont fill them to the top.Freeze it in the freezer for minimum 4 hours.
sauce:
Take a sauce pan add in your half cut strawberry,s your sugar and a bit of vanilla in it turn on the flame and cook it until the strawberry,s become soft and the sugar convert into a glazed sauce.

Final step:
Add this sauce on the frozen panna cotta custard garnish it according to your choice I am just adding a leaf of fresh mint on it just for the colour making and that,s it you amazing desert is ready to enjoy!
