Pizza Margherita maxicana-classic tomato sauce and chipotle sauce

A fusion of two cuisines pizza Margherita Maxicana. Italian pizza base with classic tomato sauce and chipotle crema with Mexican magic.

We are talking about a pizza ,guys Pizza everyone,s favourite. Italian cuisine is very fantastic cuisine and Pizzas are there world wide loved main course. I worked at a food business organization and almost 90 percent of there employee,s including me love to have a pizza in there meal time.So guys let,s discover the world of Pizza.

There are a lot of flavours in pizza world wide not only classic Italian,so today i am making a fantastic fusion with Margarita and Mexican toppings on a simple pizza base,to give it spicy,rich,tangy,sweet crunch and smoky flavours all in one meal to enjoy.

I am making a large sized pizza consist of 8 slices and the servings depend on you as it is pizza so hehe you can eat whole alone.

  • Yes it is the most important step if you will not give proper temperature and time then the possibilities of its disaster increased.
  • Is it important to make chipotle sauce from scratch?
  • No you can also use store bought sauce.

Ingredients:

For dough:

  • 440 grams of all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon of instant yeast
  • water as required (Luke warm for yeast)
  • salt 2 teaspoon
  • sugar 1 tablespoon
  • olive oil as required

For sauces:

tomato:
  • store bought tomato can
  • onion small 1
  • oregano 1 teaspoon
  • chilli flakes 1/2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • garlic 1 tsp mince
Chipotle:
  • Mayonnaise
  • . 1 cup Ketchup.
  • 1 cup Lemon juice.
  • 1 tbs White vinegar.
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder.
  • 1 tbs Sriracha sauce.
  • 1 tbs Tabasco hot sauce.
  • 1 tbs Garlic powder.
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley. 1 tsp
Toppings:
  • basil
  • cherry tomatoes
  • jalapeno
  • sausages
  • corns
  • fresh onions
  • cheese as required

Instructions:

preheat the oven:

preheat your oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.if your oven is electric then 180C as electric ovens are more efficient in there heat.

Prepare dough:

prepare the dough according to ingredients.you have to take luke warm water and add in your yeast and wait until it become foamy and then add in the dough.You can also use the store bought dough, and from scratch is more healthy option. Just make the dough and wait for at least 2 hours in slightly warm place.

Add the sauces:

add both sauces in layers on the dough after stretching it according to large pan.

Toppings:

Add sausages on it jalapenos,cheese,or any type of topping you want and that,s it set aside.

Final baking:

Place it in the preheat oven until done for 20 to 25 minutes and take it out add in your final toppings like basil,cilantro any herbs you want.and here is your amazing dish of joy enjoy it with your family.
