What is Laab:
So guys Laab or Larb is a Thai dish with refreshing flavours in it.Thai cuisine is basically famous because of its spiciness, if you will visit thailand you can easily have a bowl of Laab on streets mostly cooked with pork mince.But we are making chicken mince laab.It is a very healthy and unique salad.

Laab is a very quick and easy to make healthy dish.You can enjoy it as a proper meal,Thai people use white cabbage leafs to eat laab normally.Lets make it in simple and easy method,and its flavours will make you surprise.
Things we need:
- 5 tablespoon of uncooked rice
- 300 grams of minced chicken
- 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes
- 1/4 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 to 2 lemons
- salt to taste
- 3 to 4 small onions
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- small amount of mint just for flavour
- white cabbage leafs
How to make it:
Rice:
the rice are the main ingredient, and the method we are using will add extra perfection and uniqueness to the dish.So we want sticky uncooked rice wash them properly and dry, now roast them in the pan without any fat contents or water.Cook them until the colour change.Now take them out and take a mortar and make a powder form of it.
Chicken:
Take the chicken mince in the pan and cook it until done without any spices , now once it is completely cooked add in spices salt,chilli flakes and lemon juice and sugar in it and mix well at this stage add in your rice powder and mix.
Final steps:
so for the final step cut onions and other ingredients like green onions, mint and add them to the mince, and mix properly.Now choose your platter and present your incredible dish with lots of refreshing flavours in it.Enjoy it with your family and friends.
