A dish often served as an appitizer, A baked hot piece of bread topped up with rich tomato salad and freshness of basil leaves,with any type of cheese.
What is a Bruschetta:
Brochetta it’s really easy to make, and in return, you get some truly amazing flavors. Guys basically it is an Italian dish you can have it in break fast and as well as an Appitizer in your meal ,it will enhance your appetite for the main course you want to eat.

So you can use any type tomatoes for it , but i personally prefer to use cherry tomatoes they are more flavourful. We are adding herb in it Basil it will give you amazing flavours.A very easy to make recipe with few ingredients will give you memorable experience.
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of cherry tomatoes
- olive oil 4 tablespoon
- garlic minced 1 tablespoon
- a bunch of fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic veniger
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- lemon juice 1 teaspoon
- a large baguette bread
- melted butter with garlic ( to spread on bread)
- mozzarella ( as required)
How to make it:
tomato salad:
The bread will remain hot but we are making a cold tomato salad for it it will work as a game changer, take a sharp knife and cut all the tomatoes in half. Take a pan add in your olive oil and add in the garlic fry it a bit just to get the aroma be careful to prevent it from burning now add it in the tomatoes, add salt and pepper.And add lemon juice and veniger in it.We want some citric flavour that,s why lemon juice and for some sweet tangy flavours we will use balsamic veniger. Now chop basil and add it in the mixture mix well and place it in the fridge for marination.

Bread making:
Now take fresh baked baguette and cut it into diagonal pieces and spread them on the baking tray, take a brush and spread melted butter on both sides of every piece. Now preheat the oven at 180 C and cook the bread for almost 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.

Final plating:
Take your bread piece ,Place the salad on top of the toasted bread, then add the rest of the toppings nicely. Arrange everything neatly on a plate, and finish by garnishing with fresh basil leaves on top.And that,s it is ready to enjoy!
